"Deregulation of Broadcasting in the course of technical convergence?" on the 11th May 2001 in Cologne

After in previous years collaborative events with the Institute for Media Law took place (1998 about: "Juridical and Economical Questions about Financing the Public Service Broadcasting in consideration of European Law", 1999 about "Market Power and Control of Concentration on the Television Market" and 2000 about: "Freedom of Broadcasting, Competition and Economic Interest in Profit using the Example of Sports"), also in 2001 both institutes organized a conference together. It took place on the 11th of May and dealt with "Deregulation of Broadcasting in the course of Technical Convergence?" from an economical and a juridical perspective.There were about 250 participants from different fields as politics, economy and economy of media.
